Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所要間隔をおいて多数配設される環状の固定プ
    レート５の孔心に回転軸６を遊挿し、各固定プレ
    ート５間に細隙溝７を有して介装せられ回転軸６
    に嵌着される回転プレート８ａと、各固定プレー
    ト５の孔周に遊嵌されるライナー８ｂとを交互に
    配してなる多数の濾過素子４を、 原液供給口２および固分排出口３を有する処理
    槽１内に順次隣接させて配列し、 原液供給口２から供給された原液を固分排出口
    ３に移動させる方向へ各濾過素子４の回転プレー
    ト８ａおよびライナー８ｂを回転し、原液移動中
    に原液中の液分をプレート間細隙溝７に流入させ
    るようにした固液分離装置において、 前記多数の濾過素子４を、固分排出口３から最
    も遠い位置に配置された始部濾過素子群４ａと、
    固分排出口３に最も近い位置に配置された終部濾
    過素子群４ｃと，これら両素子群４ａ，４ｃの間
    に介在する中間部濾過素子群４ｂとに区分して、 始部濾過素子群４ａおよび中間部濾過素子群４
    ｂは各プレート間細隙溝７に流入した原液中の液
    分を処理槽１の外へ軸方向に取り出すことができ
    る構成となし、終部濾過素子群４ｃは各プレート
    間細隙溝７に流入した原液中の液分を軸方向に取
    り出すことのできない構成となし、 かつ、始部濾過素子群４ａのプレート間細隙溝
    ７の溝巾よりも、中間部濾過素子群４ｂのプレー
    ト間細隙溝７の溝巾が更に狭小に形成されている
    ことを特徴とする固液分離装置。
