内で曝気されることで下層に沈泥がまた上層に清
澄水がそれぞれ分離するように構成され、前記清
澄水の上に溜まるようになるスカムを少しの水と

前記処理槽の底面に固定され上方に立ち上がるよ
うにされた架台と、内部がスカムおよび水の流れ
込む空間とされ外周に入口が開口しているととも
に底部が流出口とされ前記架台の上に固定して設
けられている本体と、同本体の流出口に接続され
たポンプ付流出管と、前記本体の外周囲にあつて
前記清澄水の水位に追従して上下することにより
