Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 誘電体で覆われた電極と該電極に外部電気回路
    から電圧を印加する接続端子電極とを有する２枚
    のガラス基板を所定の間隙を保つてシールガラス
    で気密封止して内部に放電可能な希ガスを封入し
    たガス放電表示板において、前記接続端子電極が
    Ａｕ／Ｐｔメタルオーガニツク膜からなり、前記
    電極が低軟化点ガラスからなる第１の誘電体で覆
    われ、前記電極と前記接続端子電極との接続部が
    第１の誘電体より高い軟化点のガラスからなる第
    ２の誘電体で覆われ、前記接続端子電極が第２の
    誘電体を介してシールガラスと接続している事を
    特徴とするガス放電表示板。
