Claims (1)
- 電磁コイル部の温度変化に伴う抵抗値変化によ
つて生じる起磁力の変化分を補償するのに見合つ
た熱膨張特性を有する温度補償部材を電磁プラン
ジヤ部に配設し、該温度補償部材の前記温度変化
に伴う熱変形による前記電磁プランジヤと磁極と
の空隙の自動調整によつて、前記起磁力の変化分
を補償したことを特徴とする電磁アクチエータ。
