それぞれ接続してなる電解コンデンサにおいて、
該電解コンデンサ自体をその周りにOリングを装
着した状態で有底筒状の安全用ケース内に所定容
積の底部空間が生ずるように収納するとともに、
該安全用ケースの開口部側に一対の外部端子を有
する第2の封口板を設け、上記陽極端子および陰
極端子と上記各外部端子との間に、少なくとも一
方がヒユーズ線として作用する一対の内部リード
線を配線し、上記Oリングにて上記安全用ケース
内を上記底部空間と気密的な上部空間とに二分し
、かつ、上記安全用ケースの底部空間内に、上記
外装ケースを被検出体とする電気的センサを設け
てなることを特徴とする電解コンデンサ。 (2) 上記電気的センサは、上記外装ケースの底
