  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 生体に当接して超音波を送受波する超音波探触
    子において、 送波振動子と、この送波振動子の周囲近傍に配
    列された複数の受波振動子と、から成る送受波振
    動子部を複数二次元配列し、 前記各送受波振動子部では送波振動子から送波
    された超音波の反射波を前記複数の振動子にて受
    波することを特徴とする二次元振動子配列型超音
    波探触子。
