(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a reaction plate for a linear motor car that runs using magnetic attraction, and particularly to a reaction plate with excellent weather resistance. (Prior Art) In recent years, the development of linear motor cars that run vehicles using magnetic attraction has been progressing. As shown in Fig. 1, this linear motor car consists of a reaction plate 3 of a secondary conductor, which is disposed continuously in the running direction at the center of a rail 2 on a concrete pillow 1, and wheels 4. A magnetic attraction force is generated between the primary coil provided through the linear motor 5 and the vehicle is propelled by the magnetic force while being pressed against the rail side. In order to obtain this propulsive force, the reaction plate 3 has a non-magnetic and highly electrically conductive metal plate 3a (hereinafter referred to as the upper member) on the upper side (linear motor side) and a lower side. (Makura wood side)
A composite material in which a ferromagnetic metal plate 3b (hereinafter this metal plate will be referred to as the lower member) is bonded to the lower member is effective. For this reason, conventionally, a composite material is used in which aluminum or copper is bonded to the upper member and copper is bonded to the lower member. Among these, for practical and economical reasons, aluminum and C should be used at about 0.15%, Si at about 0.25%, and Mn.
General structural steel (JIS G3101
A typical example is a composite material bonded with SS41). The upper and lower members of the reaction plate made of such materials are mainly joined by bonding, bolting, explosive bonding, or the like. (Problem to be solved by the invention) Reaction plates with general structural steel as the lower member are relatively inexpensive, but general structural steel has poor bare weather resistance, so it cannot be used in normal environmental areas such as urban areas or subways. Rust-preventive coating is required even when used in
Furthermore, when used in a seashore area where the corrosive environment is more severe, heavy anti-rust coating is required, resulting in high running costs. Therefore, it is desired to develop a reaction plate with excellent bare weather resistance. The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to create a rear axle for linear motor cars that can be used without painting and that can exert a propulsive force of 400 kg or more at a speed of 70 km/h. The aim is to provide a simple plate. (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present inventors have conducted various studies on the composition of the metal plate used for the lower member of the reaction plate. As is already known, adding P, Cu, and Cr improves the weather resistance of steel, but adding large amounts of Cu and Cr worsens the electromagnetic properties. However, if the amount added is C,
If it is added in an adjusted manner in relation to Si and Mn, the weather resistance of steel can be improved without impairing the electromagnetic properties. If a reaction plate is formed by combining a steel metal plate with such a characteristic composition and a metal plate that is non-magnetic and has excellent electrical conductivity, a reaction plate for a linear motor car that can be used without painting can be created. The present invention was completed based on the discovery that a long plate can be obtained. The gist of the present invention is as follows: C: 0.05% or less, Si: 0.50% or less, Mn: 1.00% or less, P: 0.035 to 0.150%, Cu: 0.20 to 0.70%, Cr: 0.20 to 1.20%. A reaction plate consisting of a metal plate whose residual content is essentially Fe and whose P D expressed by the following formula is 0.35% or less and a metal plate that is non-magnetic and has excellent electrical conductivity. . P D (%) = C (%) + Si (%) / 10 + Mn (%) / 4 + Cu
(%)/20+Cr(%)/10 (Function) The reason why the chemical composition of the metal plate serving as the lower member of the reaction plate of the present invention was specified as described above will be described below. C is an effective element for increasing the strength of steel, but if it is contained in an amount exceeding 0.05%, it significantly deteriorates electromagnetic properties such as magnetic flux density, and the propulsion force of linear motor cars decreases. Si and Mn are effective elements for deoxidizing and increasing the strength of steel, but if Si exceeds 0.50% and Mn exceeds 1.00%, the electromagnetic properties will be significantly deteriorated and the linear motor This will reduce the propulsion force of the P is an element effective in improving the weather resistance of steel, but if its content is less than 0.035%, the above-mentioned effect is small. On the other hand, if the content exceeds 0.150%, the susceptibility to hot cracking during welding increases significantly, making weld cracking more likely to occur. Cu and Cr are elements effective in improving the weather resistance of steel. However, Cu and Cr are
If it is less than 0.20%, the effect is small. On the other hand, if the content of Cu exceeds 0.70% or the content of Cr exceeds 1.20%, the electromagnetic properties of the steel will be significantly deteriorated and the propulsion force of the linear motor car will be reduced. Furthermore, in the present invention, C, Si, Mn, Cu and Cr
is within the above content and according to the following formula, P D (%) = C (%) + Si (%) / 10 + Mn (%) /
Addition satisfies the PD value of 4+Cu (%)/20+Cr (%)/10 to be 0.35% or less. This formula was discovered as a result of investigating the relationship between electromagnetic properties and C, Si, Mn, Cu, and Cr based on numerous experimental results by the inventors. According to the findings of the present inventors, the electromagnetic characteristics can be evaluated using the above formula. Even if the content of each element in this formula is within the above range, if the value of P D shown in this formula exceeds 0.35%, the electromagnetic properties will deteriorate significantly. The metal plate of the lower member is made of these C, Si, Mn, P,
Cu and Cr and the remainder essentially consist of Fe. The reaction plate of the present invention has a lower member made of a steel metal plate having the above-mentioned composition, and a metal plate which is a non-magnetic upper member and has excellent electrical conductivity bonded thereon. The metal plate with excellent electrical conductivity for the upper member is Al,
Cu, Ag, etc. and their alloys. The reaction plate of the present invention can be manufactured by joining the two metal plates described above by hot rolling. Hot rolling provides a stronger joint than gluing or bolting, and is significantly cheaper to manufacture than explosive bonding. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. (Example) Table 1 shows the specifications of the reaction plate used in the experiment. For the upper member, pure A1 (JIS H3100 A1050P) and some pure Cu (JIS H3100 C1100P) were used. The lower member was made of steel with various chemical compositions. The materials for these two parts were stacked and rolled at a rolling start temperature of 450℃ to 950℃ to a plate thickness of 27mm (upper part: 5mm).
mm, lower member: 22 mm) composite material was manufactured. this
It was cut into a plate width of 300mm and formed into a reaction plate. A test piece was taken from the composite material and a shear test was conducted based on JIS0601. The results are also listed in Table 1. The propulsion force of a linear motor car was also measured using the reaction plate described above. The results are shown in Table 2. The propulsive force of the linear motor car was measured under the conditions shown in Table 2. Linear motor with specifications shown in Table 2 (primary side)
The gap width between the primary side and the reaction plate (secondary side) was set to 15 mm, and a running test was conducted by changing the expected speed of the linear motor car to three stages of 10, 40, and 70 km/h with that gap width. The propulsion force of a linear motor car was measured. The results are shown in Table 3. Furthermore, the weather resistance was evaluated based on the amount of thinning on the surface of the steel plate when the steel plate was left outdoors for two years without coating. The results are also shown in Table 3. Further, FIGS. 2 and 3 show graphs arranging the measurement results of the propulsive force shown in Table 3. Figure 2 shows the invention example No. 1 (marked with ○ in the figure) and the comparative example.
This is a graph that organizes No. 12 (marked with ● in the figure) in terms of the relationship between speed and propulsive force. Figure 3 shows the effect on propulsive force at a speed of 70 km/h.
This is a graph that summarizes the influence of PD . The ○ mark in the figure indicates the example of the present invention, the ● mark in the figure indicates the comparative example, and the number indicates the implementation number in Table 3.

It has a propulsive force of 400 kg even at a normal running speed of 70 km/h and has excellent weather resistance. On the other hand, Comparative Examples Nos. 9 to 11 have P D and P,
Although Cu and Cr are within the range specified in the present invention,
Since the content of C, Si, or Mn is larger than the range defined by the present invention, the weather resistance is similar to the present example, but the propulsive force at 70 km/h is inferior. Comparative example No. 12 is
Since the value of P D is larger than the range specified by the present invention,
As mentioned above, the weather resistance is the same as that of the present invention example, but 70
The propulsion force at Km/h is inferior. As shown in Figure 2, the speed during normal driving is 70km/h.
For example, the reaction plate of Comparative Example No. 9 is not practical unless it is taken into account that more than h is required. On the other hand, in Comparative Examples Nos. 13 to 15, the value of P D is within the range specified by the present invention, but since any of P, Cu, or Cr is smaller than the range specified by the present invention, the propulsive force is within the range specified by the present invention. Same as the example, but poor weather resistance. (Effects) As explained above, the reaction plate of the present invention has excellent weather resistance without impairing the propulsion force of the linear motor car. Therefore, it can be used without applying anti-rust coating.
