Claims (1)
- 容器の開口部に設けられ、該容器の内容物を注
出する注出口が形成された基部と、注出口の外周
に形成された周壁部に着脱自在に嵌合する筒状部
を備えたキヤツプ部と、該キヤツプ部を前記基部
に揺動自在に連結するヒンジ部とを備えてなる熱
可塑性合成樹脂製の注出口体において、前記キヤ
ツプ部の筒状部が前記基部の周壁部に嵌合された
状態のときに前記ヒンジ部が外方に円弧形状に湾
曲して設けられ、該ヒンジ部の湾曲部をその対向
する側に向かつて押圧したとき、該ヒンジ部の両
端が互いに離れる方向に弾性的に変形すると共に
、該ヒンジ部の一端がキヤツプ部の一部を押し上
げて前記周壁部と前記筒状部との嵌合を解除する
弾発力を該ヒンジ部に付与したことを特徴とする
