Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端を固定端とし他端にプロテクタを備え
た圧電素子と、前記プロテクタに当接するととも
に、電圧素子への印加で電圧素子の力方向にジヤ
ンプ移動するジヤンプ部材と、制御弁を介して流
体の流路に連結されるとともに、ジヤンプ部材の
移動と一体的に伸縮作動し、この伸縮で流路に流
体の吐出流を生じさせる伸縮容器とを備えている
ことを特徴とする圧電ポンプ。 (2) 前記ジヤンプ部材をプロテクタに強制的に
当接させる当接手段を付設したことを特徴とする
請求項１記載の圧電ポンプ。 (3) 前記プロテクタがホーン形状となつている
ことを特徴とする請求項１記載の圧電ポンプ。
