Claims (1)
構成し、メカニカルシールにて軸封して前記ガス
シール室の上方へ突出させた回転軸をモータ部に
連結してなるガスシール型モータポンプにおいて
、 前記ポンプ部のポンプ室内に吸込側を下側にし
て主インペラを配設し、この主インペラの後面側
に副インペラを一体に設けて複合インペラを形成
し、前記ポンプ室と前記ガスシール室とを区画す
る仕切体と前記副インペラとの間に、狭い環状隙
間の内径側オリフイスおよび外径側オリフイスを
形成して、前記副インペラの吸込側を前記ガスシ
ール室側へ開口連通するとともに前記両オリフイ
スと前記仕切体および前記副インペラとで囲繞し
た圧力バランス室を形成し、この圧力バランス室
を前記複合インペラに穿設したバランスホールを
介して前記主インペラの吸込側に連通したことを
