Claims (1)
- 発熱回路を形成した金属抵抗体の両面に熱溶融
性接着層を介して絶縁外皮を積層し一体化してな
る面状発熱体において、前記熱溶融性接着層とし
て熱溶融性フツ素樹脂を用い、前記絶縁外皮とし
てポリテトラフルオロエチレン（以下「ＰＴＦＥ
」と称する）を含浸、焼結したガラスクロスを用
いたことを特徴とする面状発熱体。
