材保持装置において、 前記帯板をゴムまたは軟質の合成樹脂により構
成するとともに、該帯板の前記外周側部材に固定
される側の一端部に該帯板を外周側へ付勢するば
ね板材を該帯板と重ねて配設したことを特徴とす
