Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 流体圧作動機器に収納される作動部材の動作
    位置を検出する位置検出装置であつて、前記作動
    部材に配設される永久磁石に感応され、前記作動
    部材の変位方向に所定の間隔をおいて配設される
    トランスフアー形の第１リードスイツチおよび第
    ２リードスイツチを備え、前記第１リードスイツ
    チおよび前記第２リードスイツチがともに動作状
    態の時に第１表示灯が点灯し、かつ前記第１リー
    ドスイツチまたは前記第２リードスイツチのどち
    らか一方が動作状態の時に第２表示灯または第３
    表示灯が点灯することを特徴とする流体圧作動機
    器の位置検出装置。 ２ 前記第１表示灯の点灯により前記作動部材の
    最適動作範囲を表示し、かつ前記第２または第３
    表示灯の点灯により不安定動作範囲を表示するこ
    とを特徴とする請求項１記載の流体圧作動機器の
    位置検出装置。
