Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) キヤスタブル耐火物を鋳込んで所定の形状
のキヤスタブルブロツクを形成するための鋳込枠
において、 剛性を有する材料からなり、互に組み合わされ
て、キヤスタブル耐火物を鋳込む所定の形状の空
間を形成する横枠及び下枠と、 ５００〜５５０℃までの温度で分解して残留成
分を実質的に残さない布からなり、前記下枠上に
敷かれ、かつ、少なくともその一部が鋳込枠のほ
ぼ両端側から外側にはみ出しており、キヤスタブ
ル耐火物の鋳込み後に前記はみ出し部分を把持し
てこれを吊り上げることによりキヤスタブルブロ
ツクを吊り上げて運搬する吊り上げ部材と を備えてなることを特徴とするキヤスタブル耐火
物鋳込枠。 (2) 前記布製の吊り上げ部材がビニロン織布か
らなることを特徴とする請求項１記載のキヤスタ
ブル耐火物鋳込枠。
