Claims (1)

とは反対側の面に臨む支持部材と、該支持部材の
上記反対側にねじ込まれて、上記固定板に対して
上記旋回板を摩擦接触および摩擦接触解除可能に
選択操作されるスクリユー部材とを備えたコンク
