Claims (1)
圧されたガスを注入することによつて、空洞部を
有する中空構造の成形品を成形する射出成形金型
であつて、 a 突出しピンを貫通してガスの通過が可能な
ガス通路が穿孔され、該ガス通路の一端は突出し
ピンのキヤビテイ側の端部に形成されたガス吐出
口に、他端はガス供給手段に連通されており、 b 上記ガス吐出口は、ガスの通過は可能で且
つ溶融樹脂の進入は不可能に形成されているとと
もに、金型が閉じられている時にキヤビテイ内に
開口されている、 ことを特徴とする射出成形金型。 (2) ガス吐出口が隙間の間隔0.3mm以下のス
