Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 先端側および尾端側の双方に開口する軸筒と、
    先端に筆記部を有し、この筆記部が上記軸筒の先
    端側開口から外方に突出する筆記位置と内方に没
    入する収納位置との間で軸方向に移動可能に軸筒
    内に挿入された筆記軸と、この筆記軸を尾端方向
    に付勢する付勢部材と、上記軸筒内に挿入され、
    この軸筒の尾端側開口から外方に突出し、尾端部
    がノツク操作を受けることにより上記筆記軸を収
    納位置から筆記位置に押出すノツク部材とを備え
    、上記ノツク部材に、尾端側端部が筆記具径方向
    内側に撓み可能な形状をもつ第１の撓み片を設け
    、この第１の撓み片の撓み端部から筆記具径方向
    外側にクリツプ連結部を延設し、このクリツプ連
    結部の外側端部から先端側へクリツプ本体部を延
    設し、このクリツプ本体部の先端側端部の裏面に
    第１の被係止部を突設し、このノツク部材におい
    て上記第１の撓み片と周方向に異なる位置に尾端
    側端部、先端側端部のいずれか一方が筆記具径方
    向内側に撓み可能な形状をもつ第２の撓み片を形
    成し、この第２の撓み片の撓み端部に第２の被係
    止部を設けるとともに、上記軸筒の尾端側端部に
    、筆記具軸方向に延び、尾端側に開口し、かつ上
    記クリツプ連結部が貫通可能な寸法をもつクリツ
    プ貫通溝を形成し、上記軸筒において上記クリツ
    プ貫通溝を上記クリツプ連結部が貫通してかつノ
    ツク部材が上記筆記軸を上記筆記位置まで押出し
    た状態で上記第１の被係止部を係止する位置に係
    止部を設け、上記軸筒において上記クリツプ貫通
    溝を上記クリツプ連結部が貫通する状態で上記第
    ２の被係止部が嵌合される位置に筆記具軸方向に
    延びる係止穴を形成し、この係止穴の尾端側縁部
    と上記第２の被係止部との当接により上記筆記軸
    が収納位置にある状態で上記ノツク部材が係止さ
    れるようにしたことを特徴とする筆記具。
