Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は室内や自動車等の車内に芳香を漂わせ
たり、ハンドバツグや鞄に入れて携行すれば、そ
れらをあけると周囲に芳香が漂い、また、洋服の
ポケツトや着物のたもとに入れて携帯すれば、周
囲に芳香を漂わせる芳香具に関するものである。
〔従来の技術とその課題〕
一般に芳香剤としては、液状、ワツクス状、顆
粒状等いろいろあるが、これらのうちワツクス状
及び顆粒状のものは、表面の芳香剤が気散してし
まうと、内部の芳香剤は気散しにくくなり、香気
が弱まるという難点がある。従つて、持続した匂
いを得るためには、液状又はゲル状の芳香剤が最
も好ましい。
然し乍ら、液状芳香剤にも次のような問題点が
ある。
液状芳香剤を上部に通気孔を設けたビン等に
いれたものは、倒れると液が流出する。
液状芳香剤をビン等の容器に入れ、不織布、
スポンジ等の毛細管現象を生じる素材から成る
蓋を施したものも、倒れると液が流出する。
液状芳香剤は、通常、芳香剤の溶解液として
エタノールと水の混合溶媒が用いられるが、こ
の液状芳香剤は、エタノールだけが先に気散す
るので、エタノール部に溶解している芳香剤が
先に気散し、容器内の芳香剤成分比が変化し
て、香気の性質が次第に変わつてしまう、 などの問題点があるのである。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本考案は上述のような従来技術の問題点を解決
することのできる液状又はゲル状の芳香剤を用い
た芳香具を提供することを目的としてなされたも
ので、その構成は、液状、ゲル状等の芳香剤を気
体は透過するが液体は透過しない押出成型法によ
る熱可塑性のポリウレタンフイルムから成る袋に
収容して密封し、この密封体を多数の通気孔を有
するプラスチツク製ケースに収容して、該ケース
を気体透過性のないシール用フイルムの包装材に
より包装したことを特徴とするものである。
而して、本考案において使用する液状又はゲル
状の芳香剤としては、液状、粉末状の芳香剤を、
水、エタノール又は水とエタノールの混合液等を
溶媒として、溶解したものや、適宜のゲル化剤を
用いてゲル状にしたものが用いられ、ゲル化剤と
しては、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリアクリル酸
等の合成高分子、マンナン、アルギン酸ソーダ等
の多糖類、カルボキシメチルセルロース、メチル
セルロース、等の多糖類誘導体等が挙げられる。
また、気体は透過するが液体は透過しないフイ
ルムとしては種々のものが考えられるが、本考案
では、溶解法（インフレーシヨン法、カレンダー
法、押出成型法）による熱可塑性ポリウレタンフ
イルムが用いられ、そのうち特に適しているのは
押出成型法による熱可塑性ポリウレタンフイルム
であり、このポリウレタンフイルムは適切なガス
透過性を具え、柔軟性、強度、耐寒性などの点か
ら最も好ましく、その厚みは30〜500μ程度が良
い。また、このフイルムは水・エタノール混合体
でもガスを均一に透過する。前記液状又はゲル状
の芳香剤を前記フイルムに密封する方法として
は、液状のものは通常のプラスチツクフイルムに
液体を封入して液体入り袋体を形成する方法によ
ればよく、また、ゲル状のものも前者とほぼ同等
の方法によればよい。
一方、上記のように液体又はゲル状の芳香剤を
収容した袋体は、これをプラスチツク性で通気孔
を設けたケース又は通気性の良好なケースに収容
し、このケースを気体通過性のないシール用プラ
スチツクフイルムにより密封して、本考案の芳香
具とするものである。
〔考案の作用〕
本考案芳香具は、そのままの状態でこれを販売
したり保存するものであつて、使用する場合は、
シール用のプラスチツクフイルムを開封して、室
内又は自動車等の車内におけば、室内等の芳香が
蒸出し、また、携帯すれば、使用者の周囲に芳香
が蒸出して、悪臭から逃れたり、芳香を楽しむこ
とができる。更に、芳香剤は密封されているの
で、あらゆる角度においても中の液状又はゲル状
の芳香剤が流出して周囲を汚すことはない。
尚、芳香剤を封入するフイルムの厚み、寸法及
び芳香剤の量を変えることにより匂いの有効期間
を自由に設計することができる。
〔実施例〕
次に本考案の実施例を図により説明する。
１は芳香剤ゲル状体、２は前記ポリウレタンフ
イルムから成る気体は透過するが液体は透過しな
いフイルムで、該フイルム２に芳香剤ゲル状体１
を封入してある。
３は上記の封入体を収容したプラスチツク製ケ
ースで、通気孔４を多数設けてある。５は前記ケ
ース３を密封した気体透過性のないプラスチツク
フイルムから成るシール用フイルムである。
実際に厚さ150μ、面積12cm2のポリウレタンフ
イルムをフイルム２に用い、芳香剤ゲル状体１と
して、芳香剤（エステー化学製、キヤレーヌー
α、フローラル香）を、エタノール、水各50重量
％から成る溶媒に溶解し、これにゲル化剤として
カルボキシメチルセルロースを加えゲル状に形成
したものを用いて、該芳香剤ゲル状体１をフイル
ム２に封入し、この封入体を前記ケース３に収容
してから、シール用フイルム５により密封しシー
ルした。
このものを開封し、ケース３ごと常温約25℃の
室内に吊して、芳香剤ゲル状体１の香気及びその
減量を測定したところ、40日を経過したときの減
量率は40％であり、また、その間における香気は
不変であつた。
〔考案の効果〕
本考案は上述の通りであつて、気体は透過する
が液体は透過しない押出成型法による熱可塑性の
ポリウレタンフイルムにより形成した袋に芳香剤
の液状体又はゲル状体を密封し、この密封体を通
気孔を有するケースに収容し、更に、該ケースを
気体も液体も透過しないシール用プラスチツクフ
イルムによりシールしたから、長期間保存してお
いても香気が失われず、使用に際しては、シール
用プラスチツクフイルムを開封すれば、芳香剤の
香気がそれを包んでいるフイルムを透過し、ケー
スの通気孔から外部へ気散するので、室内や自動
車の車内においたり、携行又は携帯用の芳香具と
して極めて好適であり、全体として容易且つ低廉
に作製提供できる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案芳香具の一例の右半を断面とし
た正面図、第２図は第１図のＡ−Ａ線断面図であ
る。 １……芳香剤ゲル状体、２……気体は透過する
が液体は透過しないフイルム、３……プラスチツ
ク製ケース、４……通気孔、５……シール用フイ
ルム。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液状、ゲル状等の芳香剤を気体は透過するが液
    体は透過しない押出成型法による熱可塑性のポリ
    ウレタンフイルムから成る袋に収容して密封し、
    この密封体を多数の通気孔を有するプラスチツク
    製ケースに収容して、該ケースを気体透過性のな
    いシール用フイルムの包装材により包装したこと
    を特徴とする芳香具。
