制御回路と、 この制御回路の異常を検知し前記点灯制御ライ
ンおよびスイツチ制御ラインに対する前記制御回
路の出力を開放する異常検知回路と、 少なくとも１つ以上の前記点灯制御ラインに接
続され、当該点灯制御ラインに対する前記制御回
路の開放状態時に当該点灯制御ラインを介して前
記駆動回路を駆動制御する第１の補助制御回路と
