Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 容器内に超音波振動子を組み込み該容器と
該超音波振動子との間に合成樹脂を注入すること
によつて、該超音波振動子を容器内に固定してな
る超音波探触子において、前記容器の内側面の一
部に、前記超音波振動子を所定位置に位置決めす
るたの段差部を設けたことを特徴とする超音波探
触子。 (2) 請求項第１項の超音波振動子において、前
記段差部がほぼ等間隔に３箇所設けられているこ
とを特徴とする超音波探触子。 (3) 請求項第１項の超音波振動子において、前
記超音波振動子の上部に位置する合成樹脂の厚さ
が音響インピーダンス整合層となるように、前記
段差部の縦寸法が設定されているいることを特徴
とする超音波探触子。
