、従来の超音波トランスジユーサーの温度に対す
る送受波感度の変化量を示す図であり、第３図ｂ
は、本考案の超音波トランスジユーサーの温度に
対する送受波感度の変化量を示す図である。第４
図は、本考案の一実施例による超音波トランスジ
ユーサーの断面図である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電素子を２枚貼り合せたバイモルフ型振動子
    、あるいは圧電素子と金属製振動板とを貼り合せ
    てなるユニモルフ型振動子の中央部に円錐状の共
    振子を設けた複合振動体において、共振子の周辺
    部の１カ所又は複数箇所と圧電素子もしくは金属
    板とを弾性接着剤等により弾性的に固定すること
    を特徴とする超音波トランスジユーサー。
