- 基板搬送装置において、２つの基板ガイド１及
び２の間を、距離を隔てて少なくとも３本以上の
送りねじ５と摺動自由なスライドガイド６で連結
し、さらに該送りねじ相互を、同期して動くリン
ク機構で連結したことを特徴とする基板搬送装置
。
