、 磁界印加手段で磁界を発生するための第１の電
圧手段と、第１の電圧手段により発生する磁界と
は逆方向の磁界を発生させるための第２の電圧手
段と、記録する情報に応じて第１の電圧手段と第
２の電圧手段とを切り換えて磁界印加手段に供給
するスイツチ手段とを備え、第１の電圧手段と第
２の電圧手段における電圧の絶対値は異なること
