第１図は本考案の実施例にかかわる２本糸条を
合糸する糸条加工設備、第２図は実施例のブロツ
ク図、第３図は第２図の各点の正常巻き取り時の
信号波形、第４図は糸結び目通過時の信号波形で
ある。図中、１００は糸切れ検出器、１１０は発
光回路、１２１は受光回路、１２２は交流増幅回
路、１２３は積分回路、１２４は自動利得調整回
路、１２７は出力禁止回路である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光ビームを発する発光部と、糸条によつて
    遮断もしくは反射された該光ビームを受光し、糸
    条による該光ビームの光量変化に比例した検出信
    号を出力する光電変換部と、前記検出信号のうち
    急激な変化のみを検出し、パルス状の断糸信号を
    送出する出力回路部とを備えた糸切れ検出器にお
    いて、糸条が太くなる方向の変化時には前記断糸
    信号を出力しないようにする出力禁止回路を設け
    たことを特徴とする糸切れ検出器。 (2) 前記光電変換部は、自動利得調整回路を備
    えた交流増幅回路を持ち、前記出力禁止回路は、
    糸条が太くなる方向への変化における光電変換部
    からの検出信号の正のパルス成分を通過させるダ
    イオードとコンデンサの直列負帰還回路からなり
    、そのパルス信号によつて前記自動利得調整回路
    の利得を下げるように構成された、実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の糸切れ検出器。 (3) 前記出力禁止回路は、光電変換部からの検
    出信号の糸条が太くなる方向への変化を抑制する
    抑制回路である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の糸切れ検出器。
