Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve workability of the title device by a method wherein net screen panels are held with each of the panels hinged in imbalanced state with the center of gravity dislocated, and the net screen panels are made open on the upstream side toward a waterway through rollers installed at four corners of each of the panels and constraint by guide rails while being closed on the downstream side. CONSTITUTION:Upper rollers 35 and lower rollers 36 of a net screen panel 22 are interposed between guide rails 33 in a plurality of rows on the downstream side, and the panels 22 move vertically in succession. When the panel 22 approaches a wedge-shaped part of the guide rails, the rollers 36 pass through the guide rails, and the rollers 35 are pushed down diagonally within the width T and are made free from constraint by the upper guide rails 34 for free diagonal movement. The rollers 35 run against the guide rails 31 on the upstream side and stop at this point, and the net screen panels are made open facing running water. Trashes from the upstream side flow into the inside of the panel circuit and are caught with the panels 22 when the same are closed. The trashes are then brought upward, following the movement of the panels 22, to the surface of water and are discharged outside.

[Prior art] If foreign matter gets mixed into the intake water, it is unavoidable that it will cause I-hera pull regardless of the purpose of use, so conventionally it has not been possible to remove dust by installing a screen net 1 in the waterway. It has been customary. However, if a fixed net is used, blockage and dirt will accumulate and obstruct the flow, making it difficult to remove it, so an endless net as shown in Figure 6 is used. A configuration has been put into practical use in which the band 101 is rotated to pull up the dust adhering to the outer surface of the net, and after the net is turned over, cleaning water is sprayed downward from the back side (inside) from the sprinkler pipe 102 to shake it off.

However, with this method, if there is even a small amount of debris left that has escaped the dust removal by the jet, the net 1~ will be immersed in the waterway on the downstream side, and of course the debris on the outer surface of the net will be detached from the surface due to the force of the water flow. and disappears into the flowing water/V to end. Needless to say, if such mixed dust is sucked into the downstream pump or mixed into the irrigation splinter, it will damage the equipment.

To solve this problem, it is possible to block the dust on the inner surface of the screen net instead of the outer surface to prevent it from entering the downstream side.

Examples of conventional techniques embodying this idea include Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-21855 and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 61-141333, which is a further improvement of this, and Fig. 7 A2 and C. As shown in Figure 8, the basic configuration of the waterway dust removal for both technologies is to install a partition wall 103 facing the water flow in the waterway with space left on both sides, and to use a screen net to partition between both ends of this partition wall and the side wall of the waterway. We are starting from the one with 104△ and 104s stretched.

In Fig. 7, a screen net 105 is rotated through a linkage 107 which is rotated by a rotating shaft 106 to form an endless band parallel to the water flow direction, and the net is injected from above when the net approaches the apex. It is characterized by a clear separation from the water intake valve, which adds water and blows off the dust adhering to the inner surface of the net 1~, and along with watering, follows a separately installed waterway and discharges all of it out of the device, proceeding downstream. .

``Problem to be solved by the invention'' By separating the removed garbage from the original intake water and treating it separately, the effects of the garbage can be fully enjoyed, but this configuration basically Once the straight flow of water is blocked at the center and the direction of the flow is forcibly changed to a right angle, the net]
・After diving ・5~l After diving, the diver must turn twice at right angles and return to the original position, so it cannot escape the negative effect of greatly reducing the flow of water. Naturally, such water head loss is particularly undesirable in waterways with small water heads, and since the entire screen net is composed of endless bands, there are constraints on strength, and the length of the permeable surface and Because there is an upper limit on the width, [J] cannot be applied to large waterways. This is because the flow rate and flow rate of waterways vary greatly depending on weather conditions, and the flow rate that wire mesh, which requires flexibility (flexibility) to rotate, can withstand cannot be set very tightly.

[Means for Solving Problem 1] A dust removal device for a waterway according to the present invention has an upper frame (l) installed over a waterway and a rotating shaft horizontally suspended at right angles to the water flow, and two endless chains attached to the rotating shaft. The net screen panels are connected to each other over the entire length, and the net screen panels are rotatably supported at both ends by the endless pin. Through the restraint of rollers attached to the circuit and kite rails installed around the circuit, it opens toward the waterway without tilting more than horizontally with respect to the upstream side, and all other circuits are connected to Soma. The above problem was solved by separately interposing a water sprinkling pipe that connects and closes the water channel and sprays it downward from the top of the circuit, and a water channel that receives and discharges the water sprinkling a3 and foreign matter.

[Function] Since the rotating shaft is horizontally suspended on the waterway at right angles to the water flow, the net screen panel, which moves up and down as the rotating shaft rotates via an endless chain, can move up and down while maintaining its posture facing the waterway. Move to.

This net screen panel (hereinafter simply referred to as the "panel") is unbalancedly supported by the entrance chain, so if you put it in a negative position, it will try to swing in the heavier direction around the axis, but the rectangular panel Among the four rollers installed at each corner, the guide roller is located in the area facing the upstream side]
It acts as a hepper and opens towards the flowing water by restricting tilting beyond the horizontal position, and in circuits outside this range, it receives restraint from guide rollers and forcibly guides all panels in the direction of circuit movement. Adjacent panels move toward the flowing water in a closed position with their boundary end faces in contact with each other.

Therefore, dust and other debris flows into the panel circuit from upstream in a free path, is caught by the closed panel, remains locked on the back side, and is pulled up to the surface of the water together with the panel, reaching the top where the cleaning water is sprayed downward. The liquid is forcibly removed from the back of the panel, and is discharged along with the cleaning water to the outside of the device along a different waterway.

As shown in detail in Fig. 4 A, a panel 22 is rotatably supported on an endless chain from both ends via a shaft 23, but this axis is biased to one side when viewed from the center line of the rectangular panel. Since it is in an unbalanced state, if left alone, it would tilt toward the unevenly distributed center of gravity.

The lower guide rail 32 and the downstream guide rail 33 are in double rows, and the upper roller 35 and lower roller 36 of the panel are sandwiched between them, so that each panel does not allow the axis to tilt even if it enters the downstream side where the unbalance of gravity is reversed. Then move the panel vertically towards the waterway. Figures 4 and 5 show an example of an implementation in which the panel is released from the restraint of the guide rail and begins to tilt around the axis. The guide rail 36 is made of the same width and protrudes over the normal guide rail 36, but when it comes to the wedge guide rail 37 as shown in Figure 5, the lower guide rail 36 passes without incident. However, when the upper roller 35 reaches this point, it is pushed diagonally downward 7'51\ within the range of this width T, and it is released from the restraint of the upper guide rail 34 and tilts freely, so that the upper roller 35 moves toward the upstream kite. It hits the rail 31 and stops at this position (that is, the panel is horizontal).

The washing section 4 includes a water spray pipe 41 attached to the upper frame, a water supply pipe 42 that pressure-feeds washing water to this part, a water injection mechanism consisting of a submersible pump/l-3, and a drainage turret that temporarily receives all the water sprinkled and separated debris. 44 and a basket that separates and collects only the garbage 45. Drain screen 46 is the main component.

In addition, to mention a few other preferred aspects at the implementation level, FIG. 3 is a partial plan view of the upstream side of the device, and near the side wall S of the waterway, a rectifying plate 5 is erected diagonally to direct the water flow direction. In addition, as shown in Fig. 2, a branch @6 is taken from the water supply pipe 42, and water is horizontally injected from the side wall on the upstream side of the device in a direction perpendicular to the water flow. This method attempts to align the direction of the garbage by applying another water flow from the side to the water surface, which is floating in a chaotic and directionless manner from the upstream side. When prompted by the lateral force of water, Wood chips and the like smoothly flow in through the opening of the panel by turning their longitudinal direction at right angles to the water flow, remain in that position, lock onto the closed surface of the panel, and are pulled upwards and separated and collected.

Viewed from the flow of the waterway, the rotating part is open to the full width of the waterway on the upstream side. The water enters the circuit of the device one after another without any stagnation and is pulled upwards one after another, reducing the risk of trouble caused by confusion or stagnation. Also, as shown in the example, long running water etc. can be placed sideways in front of the device. Adding the ability to turn -C (in theory)
A unique effect is added that allows it to process driftwood up to a length equal to the width of the waterway.

In any case, in the case of the prior art shown in Fig. 7, it is essential to change the direction of the water flow by 90 degrees again.
There was a risk that the large amount of floating objects that filled the water surface or the small spaces inside the equipment would be crowded with each other, leading to a stagnation and an uncontrollable chaos. has a very lively effect.

Next, in the case of the present invention, since it is made up of a series of panels instead of an integrated net strip, it is possible to strengthen the strength several times, and it is possible to handle large amounts of water without any restrictions on the width or depth of the waterway. A configuration that resists penetration can be easily set.

The wire mesh stretched over the panel does not need to bend itself, and can rotate freely no matter what rigid body it is made of. For example, the Gray 1 to Bar type, which has a large number of steel rods arranged parallel to the panel frame, is also applicable, so it can withstand harsh use that would be unimaginable with conventional dust removal equipment. Even if the panel is damaged, all you have to do is remove the panel and repair it, which provides immeasurable benefits in terms of simplified work and ease of security.
