枚の障子を夫々縦枠に沿つた昇降自由に嵌装して
、該両障子の間に滑車を介してロープを掛け渡す
ことにより該両障子を吊り下げ、該両障子を互い
に逆向きに連動して昇降させて開閉するようにし
た昇降開閉窓において、 前記ロープの端部または途中に引張コイルばね
を連設し、該引張コイルばねを含む全ロープ長を
前記両障子が全閉可能な長さよりも短い寸法とし
て、前記屋外側の障子が前記窓枠の上枠に当たつ
て閉じたときに前記屋内側の障子が前記窓枠の下
枠との間に一定の隙間を空けて対応するようにす
るとともに、前記屋外側の障子が閉じた状態から
前記屋内側の障子に通常の操作力より大きな下降
力を加えることにより、前記引張コイルばねを弾
拡して該屋内側の障子を前記窓枠の下枠に当てて
閉じる構成とし、該窓枠の下枠に、前記屋内側の
障子を前記引張コイルばねの弾縮力に抗して上昇
不能に係止し、かつ、その係止を解除し得るロツ
