Claims (1)
に配設すると共に、軸方向に亘り電気鉄片を積層
して成る同数の磁極片をその周方向に関して隣接
するものの間に上記永久磁石の両側面が夫々当接
して挟持されている様に配設した永久磁石回転型
のブラシレスモータ用回転子において、上記各永
久磁石及び上記各磁極片の内周側端面に臨み軸方
向に亘り形成された空間、及び上記各磁極片の実
質的に中央部に各々の内周端から外周側に向かつ
て軸方向に亘り形成された溝に、アルミダイカス
トによりアルミを充填したことを特徴とする永久
磁石回転型ブラシレスモータ回転子。 (2) 請求項1において、上記各溝の中央部付近
に丸溝部が形成されていることを特徴とするブラ
シレスモータ用回転子。 (3) 請求項1において、上記各永久磁石及び各
磁極片の内周側端面に形成された空間は軸の周囲
に亘り連続的に形成されていることを特徴とする
ブラシレスモータ用回転子。 (4) 請求項1において、上記各溝の軸方向に垂
直な方向の長さは上記各磁極片の同方向の長さ約
1/3であることを特徴とするブラシレスモータ用
回転子。 (5) 請求項1において、上記各磁極片の内周端
には隣接する永久磁石の円周端面を係止する爪部
10a,10bが設けられていることを特徴とす
