Claims (1)
- 内底部に加熱又は冷却用媒体を流通させる配管
を施こしてなる上方開放したタンクに、外周を多
孔板からなる円筒状カバーで被覆したスクリユウ
コンベアを前記タンクに張つた熱水又は冷水に半
ば浸漬して架設し、前記タンクの一端側に被加工
物の搬入部を形成すると共に、他端側に被加工物
の排出シユートを設け、スクリユウコンベアと同
転する前記円筒状カバーの末端部内周にはこの排
出シユートへ被加工物を送給すべき掬い上げバケ
ツトを構成してなる青果物加工用処理装置。
