- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ サーマルヘツドとこれに対向するプラテンロ
ーラ及び熱転写リボンを具備する印字部に、少な
くとも２種以上の基材の異なる媒体を供給して媒
体表面への印字を行う券発行装置において、 印字を行う媒体の種別を判定する判定手段と、 該判定手段の判定結果に基づき、前記サーマル
ヘツドもしくはプラテンの押圧力を選択調整する
押圧力調整手段を設けたことを特徴とする券発行
装置。 ２ 判定手段として、媒体の供給元の場所を判定
して、供給元の場所の差異により媒体の種別を判
定することを特徴とする請求項１項記載の券発行
装置。
