び破壊時の圧力を示すグラフである。第４図は第
１図の点火器の詳細を示す断面図である。第５図
は従来のエアバツク展開用ガス発生装置を示す縦
断面図である。 主要な部分の符号の説明、４１……筒状部材、
４３……蓋部材、４７……燃焼室、４９……貫通
孔、５１……点火器、５２……ホルダー、５３…
…圧入溶接部、６７……ハーネスサポータ、７５

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 有底筒状の筒状部材内に、ガス発生剤を収
    容するとともに、前記筒状部材の開口部を蓋部材
    により密閉して燃焼室を形成し、前記蓋部材の中
    央に形成される貫通孔に点火器を挿入固定してな
    るエアバツク展開用ガス発生装置において、前記
    点火器を、前記蓋部材に圧入して、外側から溶接
    固定するとともに、前記圧入溶接部の強度を、前
    記燃焼室の破壊圧力より低く、かつ、作動時の燃
    焼室圧力より大としてなることを特徴とするエア
    バツク展開用ガス発生装置。 (2) 有底筒状の筒状部材内に、ガス発生剤を収
    容するとともに、前記筒状部材の開口部を蓋部材
    により密閉して燃焼室を形成し、前記蓋部材の中
    央に形成される貫通孔に点火器のホルダーを挿入
    固定してなるエアバツク展開用ガス発生装置にお
    いて、前記点火器のホルダーを、点火器のハーネ
    スサポータにカシメ固定するとともに、前記カシ
    メ部の強度を、前記燃焼室の破壊圧力より低く、
    かつ、作動時の燃焼室圧力より大としてなること
    を特徴とするエアバツク展開用ガス発生装置。
