INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD This invention relates to a method for recovering argon gas from argon-containing exhaust gas in, for example, an Ar-O 2 blowing furnace or a RH vacuum degassing treatment facility. BACKGROUND ART Recently, argon gas has been widely used in the refining process of steel manufacturing. for example,
The Ar- O2 blowing method enables decarburization without oxidizing expensive chromium by blowing argon together with oxygen into molten steel. It has attracted attention as a new method of melting steel and is being adopted for refining. The molten steel degassing method, which is also carried out for the purpose of degassing during the refining process during the steelmaking process, removes harmful H, N, and impurities in the molten steel by exposing the molten steel to a vacuum.
When performing treatment to reduce O gas, an inert gas is passed through the molten steel as a reflux gas and a tuyere cooling gas, and argon is particularly used as the inert gas when melting low N steel. In addition, not only for the above-mentioned Cr-containing steel but also for ordinary refining, a method of oxygen refining while stirring molten steel with argon has come to be adopted for the purpose of improving decarburization efficiency. Moreover, the amount used is also on the rise. Prior art Argon gas used in such applications is
Industrially, argon-containing gas obtained from an air cryogenic separation device is further condensed using an argon concentrator.
%, it is expected that there will be a shortage of supply to meet the demand in the future. It is also very expensive. Therefore, in order to reduce the amount of argon used,
Attempts have been made to separate and recover argon from used exhaust gas and reuse it. For example, a method using a cryogenic separator (Tokuko Showa)
52-28750), or a method of recovering argon gas by absorbing and removing trace amounts of CO2 in exhaust gas (Tokuko Showa).
50-8999) etc. have been proposed. However, these methods have drawbacks in device structure, utility, and operability, and methods using pressure fluctuation adsorption methods are considered advantageous. As an example of the method for recovering argon using the pressure fluctuation adsorption method, as shown in FIG. This is a method to recover the inlet exhaust gas and the outlet recovery gas (product gas) of the pressure fluctuation adsorption device 1 through the respective control valves 2 and 3.
This is a method in which the valve opening, pressure, or flow rate of the exhaust gas is fixed and controlled, and is effective when the exhaust gas composition is relatively stable and fluctuations are small. Problems to be Solved by the Invention As mentioned above, with the conventional pressure fluctuation adsorption method, there is no problem when the exhaust gas composition is relatively stable and fluctuations are small, but when the exhaust gas composition fluctuates, the following (1), ( 2)
There is a problem in that the product argon purity and argon yield, which are expressed by the formula, fluctuate, and that the average yield decreases when trying to obtain purity above a certain specified value. Product argon purity = Ar concentration in product gas / Ar concentration in product gas + N2 concentration in product gas × 100%...(1) Argon yield = Product gas flow rate × Ar concentration in product gas / Inlet exhaust gas flow rate × Inlet Ar concentration in side exhaust gas x 100%...(
2) The reason is explained below. That is, the inlet exhaust gas flow rate is fixed to FI 1 and the product gas flow rate is fixed to FO 1 , and since the degree of change in the argon concentration in the product gas is small, it is approximated to CO 1 . At this time, when the argon concentration in the inlet exhaust gas changes from CI L to CI H , the yield is η A as shown in equation (3) below.
varies from to η B. η A = FO 1 · CO 1 / FI 1 · CI L × 100, η B = FO 1 · CO 1 / FI 1 · CI H × 100 ... (3) Here, there is a difference between yield and purity. In general, there is a correlation shown in Figure 5. When the inlet exhaust gas flow rate and the outlet gas flow rate (product gas flow rate) are fixed to obtain a purity of χ or higher, the relationship between yield and purity is as shown in Figure 5. It varies from point A to point B, and the yield decreases between η A and η B. Therefore, when trying to obtain purity higher than a certain specified value, the average yield decreases. This invention was made to solve the problems of the conventional pressure fluctuation adsorption method, and aims to propose a method that can always recover argon gas at a constant yield from argon-containing exhaust gas whose composition varies. It is something. Means for Solving the Problems The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems by determining the argon concentration in the exhaust gas and the recovered gas (product gas) when recovering argon gas from the argon-containing exhaust gas by a pressure fluctuation adsorption method. Using the argon concentration in the inside and the inlet exhaust gas flow rate of the pressure fluctuation adsorption device, calculate the outlet gas flow rate (product gas flow rate) of the pressure fluctuation adsorption device so that the argon yield is constant, and based on the calculated value. The outlet gas flow rate of the pressure fluctuation adsorption device is controlled, and the pressure is adjusted so that the argon yield is constant using the argon concentration in the flue gas, the argon concentration in the recovered gas, and the outlet exhaust gas flow rate of the pressure fluctuation adsorption device. By calculating the inlet gas flow rate of the fluctuating adsorption device and controlling the inlet gas flow rate of the pressure fluctuating adsorption device based on the calculated value, the composition of the argon-containing exhaust gas introduced into the pressure fluctuating adsorption device can be changed. proposed a method for recovering argon gas at a constant yield. Disclosure of the Invention Based on Drawings FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an embodiment of an argon recovery apparatus using a pressure fluctuation adsorption method for carrying out the method of this invention. That is, the argon-containing exhaust gas generated from the argon-using equipment 10 is removed by a dust remover 11, stored in a collection holder 13 by an induced blower 12, and after being pressurized by a blower 14 or a compressor, the pressure regulating valve 1
5, the gas is sent to a pressure fluctuation adsorption device 16, where it is adsorbed and recovered as argon condensed gas. The control system for keeping the argon yield constant according to the present invention includes an exhaust gas argon concentration meter 20, an exhaust gas flow meter 21, and an exhaust gas flow rate regulator 22 provided on the inlet side of the pressure fluctuation adsorption device 16, and the pressure fluctuation adsorption device 1.
Product gas flow rate regulator 23, product gas flow meter 24, and product gas argon concentration meter 2 provided on the outlet side of 6
5, calculate the outlet side gas flow rate and the inlet side gas flow rate of the pressure fluctuation adsorption device 16 so that the yield is constant, and control the exhaust gas flow rate regulator 22 and the product gas flow rate regulator 23 based on the calculated values. It is composed of an arithmetic unit 26 that performs the following operations. That is, the argon concentration in the exhaust gas introduced into the pressure fluctuation adsorption device 16 and the exhaust gas flow rate are measured by the exhaust gas argon concentration meter 20 and the exhaust gas flow meter 21, respectively, and the measured values and the product measured by the product gas argon concentration meter 25 are measured. The gas argon concentration value is input to the arithmetic unit 26, where the product gas flow rate for making the argon yield constant is calculated using the following equation (4), and the product gas flow rate regulator 23 is controlled based on this calculated value. By being
Argon is recovered with a constant argon yield. Product gas flow rate = Argon yield x Inlet exhaust gas flow rate x
Inlet side exhaust gas Ar concentration/100×Product gas Ar concentration...(4) Furthermore, in this invention, the argon concentration in the exhaust gas, the argon concentration in the product gas, and the product gas flow rate measured by the product gas flow meter 24 are The inlet exhaust gas flow rate for making the argon yield constant is calculated by the calculation unit 26 using the following equation (5), and the flow rate regulator 22 is controlled based on this value, thereby controlling the argon collection. Argon is recovered at a constant rate. Inlet exhaust gas flow rate = 100 x product gas flow rate x product gas A
r concentration/argon yield×inlet exhaust gas Ar concentration (5) Examples of the present invention will be described below. Example 1 A case will be described in which argon is recovered from argon-containing exhaust gas generated from a vacuum degassing facility (reflux type vacuum degassing facility). Operating conditions for recovering argon by using the equipment shown in Figure 1 and controlling the pressure fluctuation adsorption device by calculating the product gas flow rate so that the yield is constant from the exhaust gas having the composition shown in Table 1. The product properties are shown in Table 2, and its chart is shown in Figure 2a. At that time, the pressure fluctuation adsorption device was controlled by setting the argon yield in the arithmetic expression (4) to 75%. For comparison, the operating conditions and product form when argon is recovered by controlling the pressure fluctuation adsorption device with a fixed product gas flow rate are shown in Table 3, and a chart thereof is shown in FIG. 2b, respectively. As is clear from Table 2, a product gas with a product argon purity of 98% or more was stably obtained at a yield of 75% even though the exhaust gas argon concentration varied from 50 to 70%. On the other hand, in the conventional method, the exhaust gas argon concentration is 50 to 70%.
, the argon yield to obtain product argon purity of 98% or higher varies from 53 to 77% (69% on average).
