- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ アツパーカバー１とロアーカバー２で囲まれ
た室をロツド６を備えたダイアフラム３で圧力室
４と大気圧室５とに区画し、圧力室４をアツパー
カバー１に設けたオリフイスとこのオリフイスに
並列に設けた逆止弁１１とを通じて外部に連通し
たものにおいて、オリフイスを設けたプレート１
２をアツパーカバー１に圧入し、その直下に２層
のフイルタ１４，１５をインサートした樹脂成形
リテーナ１３を固着したダツシユポツト。 ２ ２層のフイルタ１４，１５は、２００〜３０
０メツシユの網目の第１のフイルタ１４と、第１
のフイルタより太い線径の５０メツシユ程度の網
目の第２のフイルタ１５とを重ねて構成した請求
項１記載のダツシユポツト。
