Claims (1)
- 大気に開放された連通孔及び圧力を検出しよう
とする気体を導く検出用孔が形成された中空容器
と、前記検出用孔を閉塞するように取り付けられ
て圧力変動に応じて膨縮するダイヤフラムと、こ
のダイヤフラムに貼着され、この膨縮に対応して
抵抗値が変化する圧力検出素子とを有する圧力セ
ンサにおいて、前記連通孔に、気体の入出を許し
、且つ、液体の入出を阻止する通気性防水シート
を設けたことを特徴とする圧力センサ。
