Claims (1)
- 方形導波管と、上記方形導波管内に設けた内導
体、及び上記内導体を上記方形導波管の所望の位
置に保持するように設けられた誘電体サポートに
より構成される方形同軸線路において、上記内導
体を、上記誘電体サポートの他に昇華性の物質で
ある樟脳を用い、保持することを特徴とする方形
同軸線路。
