引室との間に具えられた濾紙によつて濾過する汚
濁液吸引式濾過装置において、前記吸引室内の圧
力を検知し前記圧力が所定の圧力より低くなつた
とき前記ポンプを停止させる圧力センサーを前記
吸引室と前記ポンプとの間に具えたことを特徴と
する、汚濁液吸引式濾過装置の吸引停止構造。
(2) 汚濁液槽内の汚濁液を前記汚濁液槽下部の
吸引室と清浄液槽との間に設けられたポンプによ
つて前記吸引室内に吸引し前記汚濁液槽と前記吸
引室との間に具えられた濾紙によつて濾過する汚
濁液吸引式濾過装置において、前記吸引室内の圧
力を検知する圧力センサーと、前記圧力センサー
によつて作動させられ前記ポンプと前記吸引室と
の接続を前記ポンプと前記清浄液槽との接続に切
替える3方弁とを前記吸引室と前記ポンプとの間
に具えるとともに、前記ポンプの吐出口を工作機
械に接続したことを特徴とする、汚濁液吸引式濾

吸引室と清浄液槽との間に設けられたポンプによ
つて前記吸引室内に吸引し前記汚濁液槽と前記吸
引室との間に具えられた濾紙によつて濾過する汚
濁液吸引式濾過装置において、前記吸引室内の圧
力を検知し前記圧力が所定の圧力より低くなつた
とき前記ポンプを停止させる圧力センサーを前記
吸引室と前記ポンプとの間に具えたことを特徴と
する、汚濁液吸引式濾過装置の吸引停止構造。 (2) 汚濁液槽内の汚濁液を前記汚濁液槽下部の
吸引室と清浄液槽との間に設けられたポンプによ
つて前記吸引室内に吸引し前記汚濁液槽と前記吸
引室との間に具えられた濾紙によつて濾過する汚
濁液吸引式濾過装置において、前記吸引室内の圧
力を検知する圧力センサーと、前記圧力センサー
によつて作動させられ前記ポンプと前記吸引室と
