前記ホーンの下端寄りに、供給液をホーン周囲
に溜める液溜ホルダを設け、
且つ該液溜ホルダの下面には、複数の供給液流
出口をホーン周方向の所定位置にそれぞれ設けた
ことを特徴とする超音波式霧化装置。
(2) 前記液溜ホルダ下面の前記各流出口近傍に
、ホーン側面に沿つて下方に延びる突部を設けた
