図はそれぞれ従来例に係る内挿式および外挿式オ
ープン型タンデイツシユノズルを示す縦断面図で
ある。 １……タンデイツシユノズル、２……羽口レン
ガ、３……ワークレンガ、４……永久レンガ、５
……タンデイツシユ底部鉄皮、６……ノズル固定
治具、７……先端ノズル支持装置、８……先端ノ
ズル、９……ノズルホツダ、１０……ねじ機構。

Claims (1)
- オープン鋳造型連続鋳造用タンデイツシユノズ
ル装置において、タンデイツシユノズルの下端部
に先端ノズルを接続配置した２段構造となし、当
該先端ノズルをタンデイツシユの底部鉄皮に設け
られた先端ノズル支持装置に支持せしめると共に
、前記タンデイツシユノズルの下端部に押圧して
着脱自在に取付け、かつ前記先端ノズルは所望の
鋳造速度に制御し得る内径寸法に設定したことを
特徴とするオープン鋳造型連続鋳造用タンデイツ
シユノズル装置。
