の縦断面図である。 図中１は冷却水供給管、４は第１のシール装置
、５は枝管、６は本管、７は貫通孔、１２はスリ
ーブ、１４は第２のシール装置、２１は冷却水回
収管、２４は冷却水、２５は溶接部、Ｓは隙間を
示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本管と該本管の外周部に溶接される枝管の溶接
    部を冷却水によつて冷却するようになつている管
    溶接部冷却装置であつて、前記本管の外周側から
    内周側へ向けて穿設した貫通孔に対し連通する枝
    管内部に挿入可能な冷却水供給管と、前記冷却水
    供給管に外嵌され且つ前記本管の貫通孔に嵌合可
    能で、冷却水が枝管側から本管側へ漏洩するのを
    防止する第１のシール装置と、前記冷却水供給管
    に外嵌され且つ前記枝管内部に嵌合可能で、冷却
    水が枝管から外部へ漏洩するのを防止する第２の
    シール装置と、前記第１のシール装置よりも枝管
    側に前記冷却水供給管に対し略同心状に設置され
    、前記溶接部の内周面との間に冷却水の流れる所
    定の隙間を形成するスリーブと、該隙間を通つた
    冷却水を回収する冷却水回収管を設けてなること
    を特徴とする管溶接部冷却装置。
