自在に連結するとともに、前記複数のアーム部材
の先端側に油圧アクチユエータを有してなり、 前記アーム部材の中間部が電気絶縁材料から作
られるとともに、この中間部の内部に前記油圧ア
クチユエータに給排される作動油を通す油路が一
体に形成されていることを特徴とする絶縁マニピ
ユレータアーム。
