- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ウエハーキヤリアの骨組みが高純度アルミ
ナで作成され、且つ、ウエハーの保持部分がテフ
ロンで構成されていることを特徴とするウエハー
キヤリア。 (2) 前記骨組みの両側側部および底部にテフロ
ンシートを接合して、該テフロンシートの内面に
ウエハーを嵌め込む溝が設けられていることを特
徴とする請求項１記載のウエハーキヤリア。
