果に基づいて前記真空ポンプと前記扉開閉手段と
前記注水手段とを制御する中央制御回路とを有し
、 前記真空容器内に前記注水手段で注水し前記真
空ポンプで前記真空容器内の空気を吸気すること
により減圧して前記真空容器内の水を凍結させる
