- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 静磁波伝搬媒体と、この静磁波伝搬媒体にマイ
クロ波を印加する送信用トランスデユーサと、前
記静磁波伝搬媒体を伝搬した静磁波を電気信号に
変換する受信用トランスデユーサと、この受信用
トランスデユーサの出力を入力して送信用トラン
スデユーサに出力する増幅器とを備える静磁波発
振器において、 送信用トランスデユーサと受信用トランスデス
ーサの外側に形成された静磁波吸収体と、 この静磁波吸収体と前記送信用トランスデユー
サおよび前記受信用トランスデユーサの少なくと
もいずれか一方との間に配設される出力用トラン
スデユーサとを備え、 出力用トランスデユーサから発振出力を取出す
ように構成したことを特徴とする静磁波発振器。
