- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属板にスリツトを形成し、該スリツトに
少なくともサポート部分が円弧になつている圧電
振動板を挿入して固着する圧電振動子の支持具に
おいて、該スリツト端部の圧電振動板と接する個
所にＲ部を設けたことを特徴とする圧電振動子の
支持具。 (2) 金属板にスリツトを形成し、該スリツトに
少なくともサポート部分が円弧になつている圧電
振動板を挿入して固着する圧電振動子の支持具に
おいて、該スリツト端部の圧電振動板と接する個
所が該圧電振動子の挿入方向と反対側に折り曲げ
た折り曲げ部を設けたことを特徴とする圧電振動
子の支持具。
