ある。 Ａ……スピーカ振動板全体、１……振動板部、
２……コイル部、３……ボイスコイルボビン部、
４……エツジ部、６……蒸着膜。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 振動板部１とこれと一体成形されたボイスコ
イルボビン部３とこのボイスコイルボビン部に形
成されたコイル部２とからなるドーム型振動板Ａ
において、 振動板部１及び該振動板部から少なくとも上記
コイル部２の上端部を覆うように無機質材による
蒸着膜６が形成されていることを特徴とするスピ
ーカ振動板。 ２ 蒸着膜６が非晶質ダイヤモンド膜又は結晶質
ダイヤモンド膜であることを特徴とする請求項１
記載のスピーカ振動板。
