Claims (1)
- 工作機械や三次元測定機などに取付け、軸部と
球部とからなり、接触検知を行う計測具において
、前記球部に嵌着穴を形成し、該嵌着穴に嵌入す
る前記軸部の先端を薄肉に形成し、前記軸部の先
端薄肉部を前記球部の嵌着穴に嵌入したとき、前
記薄肉部と係合して前記薄肉部が前記嵌着穴に向
けて拡径するように前記嵌着穴内に拡径手段を設
けたことを特徴とする計測具。
