Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電気磁気特性を周期的に変化させて形成し

するアツプダウンカウンタと、前記複数の磁気セ
ンサの出力信号に基づいて、前記スケールと前記
磁気センサとの相対移動の方向を検知するととも
に、前記アツプダウンカウンタにカウントアツプ

別回路と、前記スケールの前記目盛を設けた範囲

磁気特性変化部と、前記スケールと相対移動可能

移動可能に配置され、前記目盛を検出する複数の
磁気センサと、この磁気センサの出力信号を計数
するアツプダウンカウンタと、前記複数の磁気セ
ンサの出力信号に基づいて、前記スケールと前記
磁気センサとの相対移動の方向を検知するととも
に、前記アツプダウンカウンタにカウントアツプ
信号またはカウントダウン信号を出力する方向弁
別回路と、前記スケールの前記目盛を設けた範囲
内の、前記目盛と異なる部分に設けられ、目盛と
異なる間隔をもつて形成した複数の基準点用電気

ルと相対移動可能に配置され、前記基準点用電気

検知する基準点検出センサと、前記基準点検出セ
ンサが前記各基準点用電気磁気特性変化部のいず
れかを検出したときに、前記基準点検出センサの
出力信号と前記アツプダウンカウンタの出力信号
とに基づいて、位置確認信号を出力する位置確認
信号出力回路と、を有することを特徴とする直線
位置検出装置。 (5) 前記複数の基準点用電気磁気特性変化部は
