を固定チヤツクと負荷側チヤツク間に保持する昇
降自在のチヤツク手段、該チヤツク手段の下方に
位置する冷媒容器及び上記チヤツク手段の負荷側
チヤツクを水平方向に回転させる回転手段を具備
してなることを特徴とする高分子材料等の極低温
