第1図はこの考案の誘導加熱疵検出装置の一実
施例の図、第2図は従来の誘導加熱疵検出装置を
示す図である。 図において、1は被検査材、2は黒色液付着部
、3は高周波電源部、4はコイル、5は赤外線セ
ンサ、6は信号解析部、7は測長部、8は疵検出
結果出力部である。なお、各図中、同一符号は同
一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被検査材表面に黒色の液体を付着させる黒色液
    布着部と、高周波出力を得る高周波出力を得る高
    周波電源部と、この高周波電源部が出力する高周
    波電流を流し被検査材に渦電流を生じさせる位置
    に設置したコイルと、この渦電流発生後の被検査
    材表面から放射される赤外線を電気信号に変換す
    る赤外線センサと、この赤外線センサが出力する
    電気信号を解析して疵検出を行なう信号解析部を
    備えたことを特徴とする誘導加熱疵検出装置。
