図面は、本考案に係るパイプ式モジユラワイパ
装置のパイプ締結構造の実施例を示したものであ
つて、第１図はワイパ装置の斜視図、第２図は第
１図のＹ−Ｙ断面図、第３図Ａ，Ｂは第一ブラケ
ツトの平面図、側面図、第４図はパイプナツトの
一部断面正面図、第５図は従来例を示す要部断面
図である。 図中、１はワイパ装置、２はワイパモータ、３
は第一ブラケツト、３ａは取付け溝、３ｂは入口
面部、４はワイパ軸、５は第二ブラケツト、６は
パイプ材、６ａは挿入孔、１３はボルト、１５は
パイプナツト、１５ａは頭部、１５ｂはパイプ材
挿入部である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ワイパモータが取付けられるブラケツトとワイ
    パ軸が取付けられるブラケツトとをパイプ材を介
    して一体的に連結して成るパイプ式モジユラワイ
    パ装置であつて、前記パイプ材のブラケツト締結
    位置には、ブラケツトと対向する側に開設した挿
    入孔にパイプナツトを一体的に挿入組込みし、該
    パイプナツトのパイプ材から突出した頭部にブラ
    ケツトを当てがつた状態でボルトをブラケツト側
    から螺装することでパイプ材をブラケツトに一体
    的に取付けるように構成するにあたり、前記ブラ
    ケツトのパイプ材取付け部に凹溝状の取付け溝を
    形成し、該取付け溝にパイプ材を嵌合してボルト
    緊締すると共に、取付け溝は、パイプ材を半分以
    上の深さまで嵌合できる深さを有するものとし、
    かつ取付け溝のパイプ材入口両面部は、パイプ材
    外周円の接線方向を向いた平行面になつているこ
    とを特徴とするパイプ式モジユラワイパ装置のパ
    イプ締結構造。
