ピボツト軸本体の基部を車体パネルに枢着すべく
該ピボツト軸本体を取り付けられたホルダと、該
車体パネルの表面と該ベース部材との間に介在す
るように該ホルダの外周に装着されるカラーとを
そなえ、該ホルダの外周と該カラーの内周とに相
互に螺合しうるねじ部がそれぞれ形成されている
ことを特徴とする、セミパンタグラフ式ワイパの
